Rental Property Improvement Program offers financial assistance through a pilot program, to improve rental properties located in the City of Rochester. Tenants and housing providers (owning fewer than 10 units and/or able to demonstrate financial need) can apply for improvements and repairs through the Rental Property Improvement Program (RPIP).

203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage Insurance Program allows borrowers to use FHA-insured financing to include the cost of rehab or repair in a single mortgage used to purchase or refinance a home.
