Many have wait lists, so be prepared that it may not be a quick solution for you.   • A PathStone affiliate to help you install energy savings measures to cut costs and reduce energy consumption.

  • Limited home repair grants for eligible households in Monroe and many Finger Lakes area counties.

 PathStone’s Home Rehabilitation Programs  
A PathStone affiliate which offers repair grants for owner-occupied homes.

Renew

  • Rental Property Improvement Program offers financial assistance through a pilot program, to improve rental properties located in the City of Rochester. Tenants and housing providers (owning fewer than 10 units and/or able to demonstrate financial need) can apply for improvements and repairs through the Rental Property Improvement Program (RPIP).
